Can I track my order?
Yes. Both Standard and Express UK delivery are fully tracked with Royal Mail. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
Breathe easy, we want you to absolutely love adventuring in your wildsole sandals. Try them on at home and if the fit is not quite right, you have 30 days to send them back in unworn condition for an exchange or refund.
Please avoid sticking anything to the black box, as we like to reuse it where possible.
Mindful Returns & Sustainability
As a small, family-run brand, we don’t offer "free" returns. This encourages mindful purchasing and helps us minimise the carbon footprint of unnecessary delivery, keeping our process low-impact and our prices fair.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to order your new size and send the original pair back for a refund or if you’d rather do a straight swap just pop a note in your return package with the size you want and we’ll take care of the rest.
